PrimeForge OPTIMIZE Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how PrimeForge collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information in connection with OPTIMIZE. It applies to the OPTIMIZE website, accounts, workspaces, contractor-network features, and related services operated by PrimeForge.

1. Information we collect

Account and business information. We may collect names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, workspace settings, trade and service-area information, and subscription or plan status.

Opportunity and operational information. OPTIMIZE may store opportunities, contract records, pursuits, notes, tasks, provider records, quotes, evidence, outcomes, customer or lead details, source attribution, sharing-permission status, and related workflow information.

Integration information. When you connect an authorized service, we may process identifiers, tokens or credentials, records, and metadata needed to provide the requested integration. Credentials are intended to remain server-side and are not displayed publicly.

Payment information. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. PrimeForge may receive payment status, plan, customer or subscription identifiers, and transaction metadata, but OPTIMIZE is not designed to store full payment-card numbers.

Usage and device information. We may collect page paths, feature usage, referral or campaign information, session or visitor identifiers, IP-derived security information, request metadata, error information, and similar operational analytics.

2. Sources of information

Information may come directly from you; from your authorized integrations; from public procurement, government, commercial, or open-data sources; from third-party services; from PrimeForge's lawful business operations; or from activity generated when you use OPTIMIZE.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; personalize contract and opportunity results; classify and match work to relevant contractors; operate CRM and pursuit workflows; provide requested integrations; process billing; respond to support and privacy requests; detect abuse and security incidents; measure product performance; improve matching, ranking, and product features; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Contractor matching and customer information

Private service-lead information is maintained with source attribution and a sharing-permission state. OPTIMIZE may use limited information to identify a potential contractor match before customer-identifying information is shared. Customer or lead information should be disclosed to a contractor only when the source terms, customer instructions, consent status, and applicable law permit the disclosure.

5. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that host, secure, process payments for, analyze, or support OPTIMIZE; with integrations you authorize; with contractors, providers, or counterparties when needed to provide a requested and permitted matching or workflow function; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets subject to appropriate protections.

OPTIMIZE is not designed to sell sensitive personal data or to use personal data for third-party targeted advertising. PrimeForge does not knowingly sell sensitive personal data. If these practices materially change, this Notice and any consent or opt-out mechanisms will be updated as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies and local storage

OPTIMIZE uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, CSRF protection, session continuity, preferences, attribution, and product analytics. Disabling necessary storage may prevent account or security features from functioning correctly.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and preserve legitimate operational evidence. Retention periods may differ by record type. Information may be deleted or deidentified when it is no longer reasonably needed.

8. Security

PrimeForge uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including authenticated access, tenant separation, encrypted transport, security headers, secure credential handling, request controls, and access restrictions. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their own credentials and devices.

9. Privacy choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correct inaccurate data, obtain a portable copy, delete data, or opt out of certain processing. You may submit a privacy request to primeforgesole@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

If a privacy request is denied, you may ask PrimeForge to review the decision by replying to the decision email and stating that you are appealing the privacy-request decision. Where applicable law provides additional complaint rights, the appeal response will identify them.

10. Sensitive data

OPTIMIZE is not intended to collect biometric identifiers, precise consumer geolocation for behavioral tracking, health information, or other sensitive personal data unless a specific feature lawfully requires it and the necessary permission has been obtained. Users should not upload sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for the business purpose being performed.

11. Children

OPTIMIZE is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. PrimeForge does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through OPTIMIZE. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so the information can be reviewed and handled appropriately.

12. International use

OPTIMIZE may be accessed from outside the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Additional regional terms or data-processing agreements may apply to enterprise or international deployments.

13. Changes to this Notice

PrimeForge may update this Notice as OPTIMIZE changes. Material revisions will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
